EX·A·DENT (“we,” “us”) operates Exadent Mobile PDR, a mobile paintless dent repair service in Southwest Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through ex-a-dent.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information You Give Us

When you submit our quote form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your vehicle year, make, and model
• The type of damage and your preferred timing

We do not ask for your email address, home address, or payment details through this website. If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your quote request, schedule and perform the repair, and follow up about your vehicle. We may contact you by phone call or text message at the number you provide. We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business:

• Netlify — hosts this website and receives your quote form submissions.
• Zapier and Slack — notify us when a new quote request arrives.
• Google (Ads and Analytics) — measures how our advertising performs. See the section below.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — measures how our social and paid advertising performs. See the section below.
• Cloudinary — hosts the customer testimonial video on our homepage.

Advertising Measurement

We advertise on Google. To understand which ads lead to real customers, we use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics, which use cookies and similar technologies to record that a form was submitted or a call button was tapped.

We also use a Google feature called Enhanced Conversions. When you submit our quote form, your name and phone number are converted into a scrambled, irreversible code (a cryptographic hash) inside your own browser before anything is sent. Google compares that code against its own records to determine whether you previously clicked one of our ads. Your name and phone number are never transmitted to Google in readable form, and Google does not receive your vehicle details or any other form content.

You can opt out of Google’s advertising personalization at myadcenter.google.com, and you can review Google’s handling of this data at policies.google.com/privacy.

We also use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It records that a page was viewed, a quote form was submitted, or a call button was tapped, and reports that back to Meta so we can see which of our social posts and ads bring in customers. It does not send Meta your name, phone number, or the details of your vehicle.

You can control how Meta uses your activity for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Ads Preferences, and you can read Meta’s policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Photos and Video of Repairs

We sometimes photograph or record our repair work to share on social media, including TikTok and Instagram. This may include your vehicle. We do not publish your name, phone number, or license plate. If you would prefer we not film your repair, just tell us and we will not.

Text Messages

If you submit the quote form, your phone may offer to open a pre-written text message to us. Sending it is entirely your choice. If you do contact us by text, we will reply by text unless you ask us to call instead. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How Long We Keep It

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. To make any of these requests, call or text us at the number below.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging vehicle repair. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
